The MindSet Journey is the creation of Priya Glikman, whose own personal journey is reflected in it. Priya’s journey began as a curious teenager, practicing Kung Fu and meditation. After serving in the army for 2 years she began her studies at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel where she graduated with a BA in Finance and Business Administration. When she graduated, she realized her passion for personal growth and development was stronger than ever, and she moved east to India.
In India, Priya was a student at the Osho Ashram for almost a year. While in India she practiced vipassana meditation by Goenka, and had many spiritual leaders that influenced her journey. As a student, this was when Priya did the core of her emotional work. Afterward, she embarked to Big Sur, California to study the roots of Gestalt Psychology and the relationship between the mind and the heart at the Esalen Institute. From Big Sur, she went to visit her mother who was living in the Greek islands, not knowing it would be where she would spend the next 6 years of her life.
In late 2002, Priya joined a group of funding families of Taos Center on the island of Paros, Greece as a student of Zen Master Nissim Amon. She spent 6 years on the island studying Zen and Buddhism in Tao Center and left the island with her Dharma Transmission as well as being a key contributor to her teacher’s most significant contribution – trilotherapy. This is the time that Priya mastered emotional work and releases. In the early stages, she was working with individuals, perfecting the method, and then advanced to leading dozens of groups to become a Trilotherapy executive teacher.
After leaving the island Priya moved back to Isreal and helped establish the beginning of the School of Trilotherapay. Priya co-created and led the 2nd year of the 2-year long Trilotherapy training program for over 300 guides, and supervised all graduates during their internship period.
Between 2017 and 2018 Priya and her family moved to San Francisco and she became the co-owner of the Mindful Body Studio. Priya created The Mindset Journey throughout all the years of her education and teachings, and she continues to teach it today to guide and mentor her students. Currently, she own co-owns The Pad Studio in San Francisco where she continues to spread her wisdom while hosting yearly trainings for her students to become Mindset Practioners. All of her upcoming in-person and virtual sessions and events can be found here.
